Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using EllevenVPN ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't install or use the App.

2. The service

EllevenVPN provides an encrypted VPN tunnel service across servers in multiple regions. The free tier includes basic access; premium subscribers receive access to all regions and an ad-free experience.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use EllevenVPN to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where the server is located.
• Distribute malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or attempt to compromise other systems.
• Send unsolicited bulk email, conduct phishing, or commit fraud.
• Distribute or access child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Infringe on intellectual property rights or distribute pirated content.
• Resell, sublicense, or repackage the service.

We reserve the right to suspend access for users found violating these rules.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective terms. Your subscription auto-renews until cancelled.

To cancel, manage your subscription in your App Store or Play Store account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies, not ours directly.

5. No warranties

EllevenVPN is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. While we work to keep the service running and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific connection speeds, or compatibility with every website or service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elleven Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Termination

You can stop using EllevenVPN at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Elleven Studio is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
